Our Commitment to Accuracy

All certification facts on TableauCertPrep.com are verified against official Tableau certification documentation before publication. We do not make speculative claims about pass rates, fees, or exam content. When official sources provide specific data (such as the ~45 question count, 60-minute time limit, 70% passing score, and ~$250 exam fee), we publish that data as stated. When official sources use ranges or approximations, we reflect that uncertainty in our writing.

Content Review Process

Every article on this site goes through the following process before publication:

  • Source verification: Exam facts are cross-referenced against the official Tableau certification pages at salesforce.com/tableau and the Tableau exam guide PDFs published by Tableau/Salesforce.
  • Human review: Articles are AI-assisted in drafting and human-reviewed before publishing. The human review focuses on factual accuracy, tone, and practical usefulness for certification candidates.
  • Date stamping: Each article carries a published date and a last-updated date. When we update an article's content, we update the updatedAt date to reflect the revision.

Update Frequency

We review our content quarterly or whenever official Tableau documentation changes in a meaningful way. Tableau periodically updates exam formats, fees, and domain weights. When this happens, we update affected articles within 30 days of the official change and note the update in the article header.

What We Don't Publish

We do not publish claims that we cannot verify against official Tableau sources. This includes:

  • Specific pass rates (Tableau does not publish these publicly)
  • Predictions about future exam changes not confirmed by Tableau
  • Claims about the exact phrasing of exam questions (we have not taken nor will we share actual exam questions — doing so violates Tableau's NDA)
  • Third-party salary estimates without citing the source (when we publish salary data, we cite the data source and date)

AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

Articles on this site are AI-assisted. This means we use large language models to help draft content, which is then reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We disclose this because we believe transparency about our process supports trust. AI assistance does not reduce our responsibility for accuracy — we own every factual claim published on this site.

Corrections Policy

If you find a factual error on this site, please contact us at the email address in the privacy policy. We take corrections seriously and will update or remove incorrect content within 5 business days of a verified correction. We will note significant corrections at the bottom of the affected article.
